This is phrase that is used very often (by me) whenever I see a word or phrase in the Urban Dictionary that I know no-one uses, anywhere, at any time, ever.

I saw "Number Four Year", and "ehaircut" on Urban Dictionary, and my first thought was 'Urban Slang My Arse'.

A saying from Tyneside (in the North East of England), used when expressing absolute confidence that something will not happen. It refers to Fenwicks' department store in Northumberland Street in Newcastle upon Tyne, which is famous for the quality of its window displays, especially at Christmas.

Similar in sentiment to I'll eat my hat.

If Sunderland finish above Newcastle in the league, I'll bare my arse in Fenwicks' window!

A phrase tacked on the end of a statement regarding the unlikeliness of something to happen. Can be swapped out with phrases such as "when pigs fly" or "when hell freezes over."

Popularized by BBC series "Life on Mars."
