Internerd Baccanerd

Insult for high schoolers enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program. An internerd baccanerd's only personality trait is their schoolwork and how they never sleep. Another identifying characteristic is their enormous ego and their strongly held belief that they are superior to every other student, especially Advanced Placement kids.
Person one: Yo are you taking studies or sl math?
Person two: AP Calc because I'm not a fucking internerd baccanerd.

An individual who appears to be intelligent, but having intellect that is only directly attributed to the Internet; often these individuals are totally unaware of how transparent their "smarts" are.
