A person whose level of flakiness (i.e. unreliability, undependability, fickleness, etc.) is so extreme that it borders on magnitude of mental retardation.

First he says he'll call me right back, which he doesn't. Then he begs me to go out last Saturday only to bail out when I call him when he's late. What a flaketard!

Most commonly encountered on the London underground, bus shelters and begging for change outside Tesco

The name given to a female hip flask, to be filled with either wine, pimms, vodka or prickly pear juice.
Used to make cocktails mixing with Monster and Relentless.

Example 1.
Guy 1 : Dude, you need to whap out Flasketta!
Guy 2 : She's filled right up!

Example 2.
Girl 1 : Omg thats some tasty cocktail!
Girl 2 : All with the help of my good friend Flasketta!

Example 3.
Person 1 : Omg how did you get drink into this club!
Person 2 : I hid flasketta in my jacket pocket.
