Faceplant (noun)
1. The end point for a catastrophic loss of equilibrium during a ballistic biped activity, which results in a reorientation to a more stable form, that being a tripod, where the contact point for one of the legs is ... the face.

Although the name specifically mentions pizza, it is not necessary that the food you fall into be a pizza.
