Something people engage in when they are claiming that their college, sports team, home, job, children or whatever is better than someone else's.

First person: My university has had 15 Rhodes Scholars, 10 Goldwater Scholars, 3 Heisman Trophy winners, 3 Football National Championships, and is ranked #18 in US News and World Report.

Second person: Well, my university has had 16 Rhodes Scholars, 12 Goldwater Scholars, 5 Basketball National Championships, has a bigger endowment, and is ranked #16 in US News and World Report.

3rd Person: Hey you guys, stop the DMC. Both are great schools.
