n. Slang term for a person of han chinese descent. Short for "chinese person" particularly of han descent.

Joe: Chiners make up more than 1 billion of the world population. That is very interesting information you gave me, Charlie.

Charlie: Yeah, that's a lot, but remember that the ethnic minorities in China (the Zhuang, Miao, Uyghur, Tibetans, Koreans, Mongols, etc) aren't called chiners, only the han chinese are.

big chiefer

Someone who hits the juul, bong, cigarette, bong, blunt, ect. excessively enough to be considered a “big chiefer” rather than a regular chiefer. The term can be used to describe someone who’s chill as fuck and will always give you chiefs, or will always accept the chiefs you offer them. It can also be used if someone’s hogging whatever’s being passed around.

Jack: Yo you got the chief?
Summer: Of course, here you go.
Jack: *takes mad rips*
Summer: You big chiefer chill thats my last pod!!
