a camwhore is basically a person, male or female, who spends most of their day taking pictures of themselves and posting them on the internet. These pictures rarely differ in pose. Most camwhores stick to myspace, livejournal, xanga etc. but some camwhores prefer to plague Facebook with their atrocities. Most friends of camwhores egg this on by commenting as such:
