An adjective used by young women to describe a man who they find actively unattractive.And/or an man who pays unwanted sexual attention to women and is clueless/oblivious to their lack of interest in him.

The word is misused these days.

Misused: That guy who said Hi to me is so creepy!

Proper: There is this really creepy boy 12-year-old boy named Hunter in my school. His smile looks like a killer/rapist and he makes cat noises to the girl he likes, and he does and says perverted things.
