when a girl is dirty...like really dirty...like..mad mad dirty...

it can also allude to the craziness of a girl's dirt level...crazy dirty or coocoo dirty as in 'coocoo for coco-puffs'

also, a substitute for 'too' as in 'too too dirty'

"yo dog..I'm like 15 beers deep and that broad is still dirty....like coo coo dirty!"
