The ratio of the amount of hype a movie has produced to the amount the movie sucks.

I hope we don't get the Spiderman 3 Effect with The Dark Knight or I will be incredibly disappointed.

Final Destination 3

a horror movie that was released on February 10, 2006 that is centered around a premonition about death on a roller coaster. The movie stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead(Sky High, The Ring Two, Black Christmas) as Wendy- the female lead, and Ryan Merriman(Halloween: Resurrection, The Ring Two, The Luck of the Irish) as Kevin- the male lead. The movie was shot in Canada in 2005. Some interesting trivia concerning the stars is: Mary Winstead and Ryan Merriman both starred in "The Ring 2" in 2005. Also, the same year as Final Destination 3 was released, Mary Winstead starred in Black Christmas along with Crystal Lowe, another actress in Final Destination 3.

(US LAW) nonprofit corporation; legal status permitted to certain types of organizations under Treasury Regulations section 501(c)(3) that exempts it from taxation.

The 501(c)(3) is quite easy to organize, especially if one wants to funnel money from donors to some form of activism. It was first made available in 1934 but has become extremely common since 1986 because successive rulings greatly loosened restrictions on electioneering for 501(c)(3) entities.

Often 501(c)(3) entities engaged in politics are affiliated with an almost-identical 501(c)(4) entity, which has EVEN WEAKER limitations on electioneering.

The 501(c)(3) clause in the IRS code is practically an invitation by the government to launder corporate profits into lobbying.

Most internet and phone texting looks to shorten words. But by using "less than 3" you actually have to type more...which is retarded. I do not less than 3 that....

3 to 8 scale

with 1-10 being the typical scale for rating anything that comes to mind, the 3 to 8 scale rates in the same way but limits you to the number 3 for a minimum to emphasize the extreme negativity of 1 and 2, and limits you to a maximum of 8, to emphasize the superiority of the numbers 9 and 10.

person 1: "that bitch is fine"
person 2: "3 to 8 scale?"
person 1: "damn i dunno...probably a 9."
