A guy, probably from the West End, who thinks he is a bad ass but in reality is nothing more than a dirt bag. In many cases the Cheese Boy has fingered at least one of his female relatives and considers that a "score." The Cheese Boy tends to underestimate those he insults and may end up getting his ass kicked as a result.
