A bruh moment, but more specific. One suffers a "john moment" when they get curved hard by a girl, especially when they get in a fight with their parents over moving in with her but get dumped in a few months, with said girl going back to her ex that one was a temporary replacement for.

Person 1: "So this girl I was dating just broke up with me and went back to chilling with the dude she was with before me."
Person 2: "Yikes now that's a john moment."
