Rule 10 refers to 'Rule 10' in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ireland server, stating
"Rule 10, No Violent or Self-Harm Speech.
We strictly prohibit any form of violent or self-harm speech directed towards others. This includes advocating violence, using hateful language, violent abbreviations, or making threats. Any such speech will result in immediate action. Let's foster a respectful and welcoming environment for all members."
As a means to avoid time-out, 'Rule 10' is used as a substitute to the word 'kill' in the phrases 'kill yourself' or 'i am going to kill myself'.

An 8-9-10 battle, also referred to as an HP battle, is a form of competitive gooning/wank-battling typically played on Discord direct messages.
When two people have an HP battle, they must first agree on how much HP each player begins with, commonly a multiple of 50. Players will take turns sending eachother NSFW pictures, and the person who recieves the picture must rate it 1 to 10. When rating an image, the number it is rated is subtracted from the player's HP. The loser is the player who reaches 0 first. The punishment for losing is to be agreed upon at the beginning of the match.
If the player rates the image an 8, the player who sent the image may ask a question to them that they must answer.
If the image is rated a 9, the person who sent the image takes an extra turn. The image sent during the extra turn will be ranked normally, but the 8-9-10 effect will not be added.
If the image is rated a 10, both the 8 and 9 effects will be done.
The rules may be edited by the players as much as they want, but when the battle starts, they must stay to the rules they decided and agreed with.

If you’re born February 10 you are VERY rare, special one, truthful and they are Cute as hell😍.
