Is that person who will never be there for you at hard times. If you confess them your feelings they will literaly ran away from you because they are scared. They use being scared as an excuse to let down everybody, even themselves. Don't fall in love with a coward.

That's what you're fighting for. Not so that you can protect the kids. You KNOW you CAN'T. I've been counting the number of times I've been within arms reach of a child since this started. You'll let the kid die. You'll even provoke it. But what you WILL NOT DO is give up this delusion of authority.
