An annoying term used by ghetto male motherfuckers to court their equally ghetto female partners - usually while smoking a Newport and planning to eat a romantic drive-thru dinner at McDonalds using an EBT card. The evening likely will end up with these two 'made for each other's' smoking weed and fucking - eventually resulting in more children for the tax payer to support. And no, the people described are not always black but do think they are.
