A delusional yuppy is a yuppy that have the delision either being free of prejudice, or that they are doing the right thing by overreacting at people when the chance pops up.

This is most easily disproven by the fact that a commonly used synonym was Yumpie which included the initial for Mobile. Usually people labeled as yuppies are hippie adjacent and profess progressive values on every axis except fiscal.
Growing up amongst a whole bunch of hippies, I was instilled with a healthy distrust of the goddamn Yuppies who act fiscally progressive but perpetuate the entire system of exploitation. As much as hippies suck, yuppies are even worse.
