A slang term coined around the time that Sarah Palin got picked as the VP running mate in the 2008 election. A VPILF is sorta like a MILF, but when the mom also happens to be the Vice President of the United States. Urban Dictionary defines MILF as "A mom that a male individual sees as physical attractive enough to want to have intercourse with."
