A couple of chest hairs one can handle, but in large numbers they become quite tedious. Especially when they lose.

A huge amount of chest hair protruding from one's shirt. The Chest wig is cousin to chest carpet, but more so due to the fact that the wig is used as a means to get laid, first and foremost.
Shawn's chest wig was pokin' out of his shirt, and I was like "damn playa.... shave that shit, you gots crumbs in it"
