Cotton Shot

Injecting the remnants of a drug that was filtered through a cotton ball (most commonly heroin).

Soaking particularly old filters can sometimes lead to cotton fever.

I ran out of heroin, so now I'm going to do a cotton shot so I don't get sick. I hope I don't get cotton fever.
