A lie that tons of people believe. Addiction is just something people use to escape the fact that they are weak and that they just don't WANT to take control over themselves.

Guy1:Oh my God, I'm so in love with my games. It's obvious that I am addicted.
Guy2: Shut up you pussy, get some self control or I'm kicking you in the nuts and I'll be "addicted" with that cause it's so fun. You're using addiction just so you can go "Oh, I have no control, so I'm just gonna keep doing it, lalala."

A addiction of choice refers to something that is not physically addicting. Normally it is meant as a joke, asking what your favourite drink is.

1) Cigerettes is not a addiction of choice, since your body gets addicted to it.

2) Cola can be somebody's addiction of choice.

3) Dr. Pepper is MY addiction of choice. ;)

Coffee Addiction

This can be found in most American adults who can not go through the average work day with out at least 3 cups of coffee.

Usually they will use "I'm sleepy" as an excuse for more coffee.

Person 1: Ugh! where's my cup of coffee!!!
Person 2: Dude take a chill pill
Person 1: I can't! I'm practically falling asleep...
Person 2: looks like another case of Coffee Addiction... *sigh*

A person that gets on the Urban Dictionary to look up one word. Then finds him/her self hours later still clicking on the (random) button.

My friends had an intervention for me. I have been on the Urban Dictionary for 5 days and they think i may have became an Urban Addictionary.
