One of the main antagonists of Yakuza 3. A cool looking cia agent and leader of Black Monday, a real badass.
He became infamous in the yakuza community for his weird accent and cheesy voice lines, the fact that he look like a mix of Albert Wesker , Ocelot from metal gear, and Kazuhira Miller, make it all the way more hilarious.
