Get the r/thanksihateitmug. A never ending cycle of dating girls whose name starts with the letter "R". It is said to be both a curse and and a blessings. The end of a "R" Cycle is yet to be seen in nature.

Get the The "R" Cyclemug. The subreddit for the popular Arkham game series from the early 2010s... or at least it was.
Due to a seven year drought of content, the patrons of the sub lost their minds. Due to this, they began making tons of obscure memes and shitposts, spreading to other subs before devolving into more chaos. The most well-known joke of the subreddit is to question if someone is stupid (is he/she/they/you/I stupid?)
Along with this, the patrons have created a series of Batman characters with shortened and/or corrupted names, the most popular of which is Man, (Usually portrayed to be a picture of Batman (Micheal Keaton) from "The Flash (2023)" with his bat ears photoshopped off), and Jonkler (Mark Hamil's Joker from the games. Also referred to as Jinkler and Jerker). Along with this is Arkham Asylum, which is usually referred to as "Ham Alsume/Aslume."
Along with these is other content and jokes, such as:
asking for various fictional characters, fanart, and shitposts to be named/renamed
Asking if there is a lore reason for various things (sometimes not related to the games)
Various other shitposts
Among the sea of memes, of course, there are some non-laughing matters, such as actual questions/posts about the Arkham franchise or posts mourning the recent deaths of actors Kevin Conroy and Arleen Sorkin (which are treated with the utmost respect)

In the scenario here, Carolyn is an "aslume inmate" (r/BatmanArkham member), and has gone insane. Here she is with her boyfriend, a normal person.
Carolyn, dressed in a costume of Harley Quinn from "Batman: The Animated Series": Is there a lore reason why Man and Jonkler have not had passionate gay sex yet? Are they stupid?
Boyfriend: ...what?
Carolyn: *Uses her blood, urine, and feces to draw a picture of Killer Croc.* Just made this new character. What the FUCK should I name it?
Boyfriend: I'm leaving you, Carolyn.
Carolyn: Is there a lore reason you're leaving me? Are you stupid?
