A man who is kind hearted, generous and extremely wholesome. A man that bends down to pat dogs and helps you put up shelves. He is also so comfortable in his masculinity, that he can show a softer side and has emotion intelligent.

The term ‘muffin’ can also be used in the context of generally cute things or heart warming.
