A girlfriend boy is a boy who is defined strictly by his relationship with his girlfriend. Girlfriend boys will typically neglect all other friendships and personal relationships once they commence a committed relationship with a woman. Girlfriend boy's will general resurface once the relationship comes to and end, or the one night their counterpart is busy having a girl's night.

Gee, Josh has become a real girlfriend boy ever since he started dating Michaela. Yeah, he always does this when he has a girlfriend. I guess we'll see that girlfriend boy again when they break up.
