A girl who thinks she is old enough to do whatever she wants, sometimes going through the "scene" phases. She tries to fit in with older people usually. Most of the time this person looks older than 13 or tries to act older than 13, she usually dates people older than her. She tries to be adventurous and tries new and dangerous things.

David: "dude! that girl is sooo hot"
Friend: "she's a 13 year old girl.."
David: "omg, she looks so much older than that"

A person who NEVER spends any money , always cries poor-mouth , and always reinforces the "cheap jew" stereotype. This person need not be Jewish. This person always has an excuse when it's time to share the expenses yet will be the first one in line for a handout. This person is a miser who usually has more money than everyone else.

The ability of old men to molest women by performing actions that would get younger men thrown in jail. But because old men "don't know better" women find it funny, cute and flattering and embrace it openly - likely because they know the man molesting them doesn't have a functioning penis.

When your life really falls apart and turns to shit.

Being 36 years old means you’re over the hill in life, in fact its downhill after the age of around 35. Brian had everything going for well for him until his 36th birthday but since then his whole world has fallen apart since he lost everything.
