The Loch Ness Monster is a famous coaster located at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Due to the coaster being outdated and almost half a century old, it’s intensely rough. Famous for its interlocking loops, it is the only rollercoaster to have interlocking loops in 2022.

Humorous reference to Al Capone or any of da other evil 'n' ferocious Godfather-goons of da Prohibition era whom Da Great Elliott wanted to secure in a prison cell with da turn of a key.

Da term "Lock Ness Monster" could also work in reverse, and refer to how da assorted mobsters viewed da renegade "Treasury Man" for his relentless pursuit of them and his efforts to curtail their personal freedom.

A dwarfed human who catches a new terminal disease every couple of days and therefore seeing a D Monster on a school premise is rarer than sighting a wild Tasmanian tiger. He also has a very primal vocabulary most commonly consisting of a few aphorisms.
