Any male named Rich, or Richard at a certain point in their life they reach a high moment of clarity and decide that they want become a female with red hair. They often then change their name to Richy, Richaye, or Lil Rich Rich. This transition cannot be stopped or reversed unless they are receiving reverse cowgirl.
