An agent who has disavowed The Division, to go on their own path. Whether it's against The Division or not; Some Rogue Agents have followed the legacy of Aaron Keener. Often Rogue Agents can be found in The Dark Zone, or in the PvP game variation "Skirmish" in "Tom Clancy's The Division" , & "Conflict" in "Tom Clancy's The Division 2".
