Definition:
1. A person so astoundingly arrogant, clueless, or incompetent that their head is effectively wedged so far up their own (or someone else’s) ass it doubles as a hat.
2. Someone who deserves a high five… in the face… with a chair.

They're inconsiderate and full of themselves. they're always rude or mean, or in the context of your problem, they could just be stupid and rude when you're using this word. don't be friends with an asshat.
