A fancy way for someone to say that they are invincible.

Nobody is invincible, there is no such thing. Even humans with lots of money are still human, and they still have to build an underground bunker somewhere to keep themselves as untouchable as they claim to be. Even if the laws don't seem to apply to them the way they do everyone else.
