1. ) Female track athlete that is extremely attractive / promiscuous / hot etc,. and fills out their uniform perfectly.

2. ) Girls that cannot get enough of track running guys and will do anything to get with them.

3. ) Tracks version of "puck sluts"

The term "spike dike" was coined on Facebook by the MDXC team.

Track Guy 1: Dude you see those girls over there?
Track Guy 2: The ones hittin on those guys?
Track Guy 1: yeah man, they are freakin hot

A sudden raise in body temperature that starts in the lower back and radiates up the spine as a result of realizing a major problem caused by one's own error.

Joe had a heat spike when he realized he would not meet the schedule because he had produced the wrong pieces.

St. Catharines Stakeout

When a taxi driver waits in the parking lot of a strip joint waiting for the drunk and high strippers to finish their shift. Upon exiting, the dancers are then offered a ride home in exchange for a hummer. (Common occurence in St.Catharines, a small town close to Niagara Falls Canada).
