What emo evolved into. There are no longer any real emo kids, just scene kids. Some scene kids might claim to be emo. If you think on some weird occasion you see a real emo kid maybe its from a different era than the present. Otherwise, it's probably a scene kid.

I thought I disliked emos but now that all these scene kids have taken over, I really miss them!

a typical scene is some who:

- Wears a lot of makeup
- takes a lot of pix & uploads them
- uses words like "nikka" "&&" and "hawt"
- shops at Hot Topic, thrift stores, online, ect.
- Choppy hair. Usually black w/ +1 xsess color.
- Loves music
- most people see them as posers to their own kind
- Dont care what people think
- Most likely as a Myspace
- Go's to concerts/shows alot(!)
- Usually wears tight clothes/ skinny jeans.
- Loves big bows and head bands
- fave colors are usually neon and/with black
- wears lots of jewlery

Scene

Commonly mistaken as the mid 80's pop culture phase in which men and women all wore the same tight jeans and had the same long black and blond haircut.

Scene is actually a cannibalistic tribe which is indigenous to the lesser Antilles, in which the members of eat these "wanna be scene" kids in the aforementioned mistaken definition.

"Man, Jake's straight leg pants that were tighter than his sisters were so scene!"
"Dude, real Scene people would have eaten him. He is considered a delicacy some places!"

Scene people are pretty much are a happy version of emo without the cutting. Scene means to be in the 'scene' and its pretty much just a fashion statement, not a personality. Scene kids usually have clhoppy hair. most of the time its long but it can be short, and it usually has a lot of different colors in it. They wear childish clothes. Colors are usually pink, purple, green, blue, and sometimes black or grey. most people don't realize that scene kids dont hate everyone, they only hate fakes and posers. They usually can see right past someones skin and they can see who they really are. They wear either skinny jeans or flair jeans depending on how it 'looks with their shoes' and most of the time they wear converse or flats.

Scene kids are bright and neon. Wear skinny jeans and band tees. Scene gurls like cartoons or anime such as, Invader zim, Hello Kitty etc. Scene gurls hair usually covering a eye or short choppy bang to the side. Scene guys have long bangs covering a eye tight jeans and band tees. Music- hardcore,metal,death metal,rock, or punk. They dress like emos but more advanced, usually smexxi. Great cuTTe hair. lol. Some self conceited. Take lots of pix of themselves.

- Scene kids are awesome, but so are other cliques
- Music is my life
- The taking 500 million pictures of ourselves is true
- I'm not vegan or vegetarian, meat is yummy
- My hair is currently my natural dirty blonde color (ignore the fact I'm dying it next month)
- I am in love with converse
- I love tight jeans, fluffy hair, and eyeliner
- I absolutely hate myspace
- My hair is short and choppy
- The only piercings I have are on my earlobes
- I get my hair cut at a hair salon
- I don't gauge my ears
- I don't abuse the letter x
- I do use 'OMFG' and 'like' a lot
- I hate robots and like (not love) dinosaurs
- I don't smoke, but drink on occasion
- I don't write the letter x on my hand
- I'm pansexual
- I have one band shirt of a band I don't care for
- I have to like at least 5 songs of a band to consider them a favorite
- I don't go to millions of shows
- I wear thick rimmed glasses
- I've never stepped foot in a starbucks
- I have a livejournal, but I never go on
- I love attention, but I'm modest about it
- I have no tattoos
- I don't like polka dots
- I overly abuse smilies/emoticons

Yeah, I could go on but I'm getting tired now. Not all scene kids are the same, people! So yeah, stop judging people cuz we're all equal!

I'm soo scene, so rawr and stuff. :)
