A guy who thinks he knows everything and only his opinion counts. Usually, Jeff claims everyone may have an opinion, but you're dumb. Jeff is misbehaved, but every Jeff makes part of an intelectual elite he invented himself and thinks his way of writting is the only correct model of doing it, even though we can't write properly. Also, some Jeffs may have a Portuguese 'tacho' somewhere.
