He can sometimes be seen posting on incel forums, where other lonely men can relate to his life experiences. He is usually made fun of and misrepresented by sociopathic normies and women making broad assumptions about him online, most likely due to an empathy gap. These same hypocrites will get overly offended when he retorts insults back at them.
