Similar to humblebrag, to humbleflex means to brag about how many guys/girls you have, how strong you are, or otherwise how awesome you obviously are, only to back off and say you were just kidding.

"Colby was braggin about how many girls flirted with him while he was lifeguarding."
"Yeah, he told me he was kidding though."
"Really?!"
"Yeah, he was just humbleflexing."
