Slang for Gabapentin/Neurontin, a pharmaceutical drug used to relieve neuropathic pain. Therapeutic and recreational use can be achieved at the right dose. Effects: Gabapentin causes sensations of reduced acute pain, reduced anxiety and even a tendency to become overly social and talkative. Similar to MDMA.

Derogatory term for our white neighbors to the north. In Mexico it's used for Americans. El gabacho can also mean United States itself. In Spain it's used for the French.

A combination of Ga (crazy; from Ga in Gaga), ba (making weird noises), and ha (laughing) in one to create a laugh that is known as hard to breathe and can be contagios.

Can be pronouced "gabaha" while laughing or used in online conversations.
