Di-Hurl

To Vomit and have explosive diarrhoea symultaneously.
Can cause difficulty in choosing which orriface to aim at the porcelain and which you will have to clean up. (If you are drunk the di-hurl usually occurs whilst making that decision, and leaving stains on legs, wall and ceiling.)

Amalgum of diarrhoea and "hurl".

Drinking "Tequilla" and rancid goats milk was not a good idea. Hopefully this "Kebab" (with extra hummus) will cure the problem.
