Cincinnati Balboa

Telling someone to do up their shoe laces, and when they look up after tieing them jizzing in their face.

As seen in the director's cut of the film "Rocky Balboa" in which he jizzes in Mason Dixon's face in the middle of the boxing match ensuring the win. (This may not be true.)

To beat someone with your balls. Typically done in slapping motion, and quite often occurring during sex. Guys that are the most successful ballbeaters usually have larger low-hung balls with a loose ball sac. Men with balls like that have greater slapping leverage, resulting in more noticeable and powerful slaps.
