Origin: Romanian television series named: "Vlad"
To vlad up: to ghost some one for a long perioud of time.

Ex:

The same gesture as the famous High five but a more friendly term that can be exclaimed without making one look/sound like a high-fiving douche bag.
"So these frat boys in their Lexus' tried racing me in my VW, and I totally let them blow past just to watch the cops pull them over... Up Five!"

The act of dressing up to receive attention. This is derived from the term Peacocking. This is when people dress up to recieve attention from possible mates, like how male peacocks display their feathers.

Possible feathers are bracelets, belts, hats, necklaces, and anything out of the ordinary.

Nick: Yeah man, feather up! We are going to that new bar on Thayer Street.
