Get the brown universitymug. No one is exactly sure who 'Brown People' are. It has been used inconsistently throughout history to describe everyone from Italians (in early US immigration history), Malaysians, Indigenous people in Canada, Australia, and the US, people of India, 'mixed' South Africans, and Hispanics.
Where I live it is really in vogue with South Asians/Desis who feel the need to racialize themselves.
This term is used more by some of these groups to describe themselves then it is used by others to describe them.

Get the brown eyemug. An extremely low frequency sound that causes Democrats to lose control of their bowels.
This refers to the January 19, 2010 US Senate election in Massachusetts to fill the seat vacated by the late Ted Kennedy. Republican Scott Brown convincingly defeated Democrat Martha Coakley, who was overwhelmingly favored to win in a state that had not elected a Republican in 40 years.

When Martha Coakley lost the 2010 US Senate election, every Democrat in America heard the Brown note.
