A game developed by a drug addict; random, vulgar, shock value that can only be taken as childish humor and appears to state the users brain underdevelopment. Essentially a shitty copy of The Game, the very sound of it causes continuous cringe which requires a few days to recover from.

A group yelled "Whos dick" from their car as they drove past some people on a porch. They looked at each other and asked "What the fuck was that dumb shit?" to which someone replied "Junkies"
