a lesbian is someone who is attracted to people who are not male. Someone who is a lesbian is not necessarily attracted to you just because they are gay. Think of it this way: are all straight people attracted to everyone who is the opposite sex? No. So that means that just because someone is a lesbian does not mean that they are attracted to everyone who is not male.
