Justin is truly an incredible person. He has been through a lot in his life, and he isn’t even an adult yet. He has had dark suffocating clouds surrounding him since the 3rd grade and has struggled with not wanting to live anymore. And he almost did. But he survived. He’s a survivor and although his life has been painful, he always tries to put a smile on his face for others. He just is so caring and sweet and thoughtful that I don’t deserve him in my life. He is so energetic and devoted to the things he loves and his enthusiasm is contagious. He brings so much joy into my life even when his own was lacking. He is loud and spontaneous and loves hugs and hates my tears and he deserves the very best or just what he wants. Because Justin wouldn’t want the world, he’d want it to be happier.

The highlight of my day is when I can make Justin smile.
