Someone brags about being an "Otaku" while pretending to be really into anime but has only watched DBZ, Pokemon and other mainstream americanized animes. This person will usually have a DBZ tattoo and will probably be sporting 'My Neighbor Totoro' merchandise even though they've never seen it or have only watched redone version with Dakota Fanning's voiceover. They likely have never even read a manga.

That Fotaku over there won't shut up about the new DBZ movie.
I wish all these anime fanart stealing, merchandise websites would stop catering to the Fotaku's.
