Get the dit wadmug. A person who has no regard for anyones feelings but their own, one that is unable to wrap their mind around being accountable for their actions. A person whose basic genetic make-up is comparable to ejaculatory material.

They usually spend hours untangling it and then somehow within mintues it becomes tangled again. The word is a mixture of a dumb blonde and a clumsy blonde. It can be used in a derogatory phrase.
