The act of going trough social one last time before going to bed. Usually done in your bed.

Fritter Scrolling

Wasting time, energy or money, scrolling aimlessly through frivolous content on social media, websites or video sharing sites. Could also be loosely be referred to as Idle Scrolling, which is spending time doing nothing, albeit one is scrolling, they are scrolling without purpose, aim or goal.

The concept is also applied to wasting time through other means, see Fritter Lifing.

I was fritter scrolling and didn't realise how much time had past.

Edge Scrolling

When you are scrolling through pornographic websites while edging. Usually due to being unable to pick a video or due to seeing something better a little more down. Synonymous with "Scroll Edging" and very similar to "Goon Scrolling" also the point of edge scrolling is to eventually nut while Goon Scrolling can simply mean pleasuring one's self whilst not going all the way.

sour scrolling

This is when you are scrolling on social media and the more you scroll, the more angry, bitter, irritated, or sour you get. It happens all the time.

Kelsie: "OMG! Can you believe that Luna is going to Greece?!?! I'm so jelly!"
Rachel: ""Yeah, whatever. (continues looking into her phone with a scowl)"
Kelsie: "Hey! You know you can just stop it with the sour scrolling and be irritated with what's happening in your life!"
Rachel: "You mean like you being that bitch almost daily? Nay to that yay!"
