Named after it's founder, The Pennington Method also known as The 'Kevin-Pennington Method' was initially discovered about 50 years ago and has come to be known as way to entice, enchant and delight females. The driving force behind the "Pennington Method" isnt exactly a definable science, but lies somewhere in between hypnotism and magic. The origins are relatively unknown but the effects are seen widespread throughout the entertainment industry.
