A Karen is typically a middle age women, with a short pixie haircut, who complains loudly and obnoxiously on the internet for being called Karen. They want to speak to the manager. It could also refer to anyone that creates drama over something that's unnecessary, and trivial. Members of the gay community often refer to drama queens as "Karens".

OMG, Lucy is such a Karen! She complained quite loudly and obnoxiously all night that she wasn't being served her food immediately in a busy restaurant. She asked to speak to the manager.

Karen 

The human version of the rare plague rat, these people are often observed as blonde, white, and female. Even during a worldwide pandemic, they refuse to wear a mask, which is how we can tell that they are closely related to the plague rat. They are commonly found in a store,(a Walmart is where you'll find them most) arguing with a more reasonable employee. They attack their prey not by killing them, like most animals, but potentially giving them a deadly virus by not practicing social distancing, not wearing a mask as previously said, and by aggressively demanding to speak with the employee's manager. Also note that their transportation is usually a Honda.

Employee: I'm very sorry ma'am but you are required to wear a mask, it's the law!
Karen: It's my right not to!
Employee: Ma'am I'm trying to be reasonable but you're making it diffi--
Karen: Don't you dare talk to me like that! I would like to see the manager!

A woman who is self entitled, calls other people sheep, can’t help but feel she is more intelligent than those who have actually been educated, and tries to make herself look intelligent or of worth by down playing anything that doesn’t coincide with her self created reality.

Normally won’t vaccinate her children

Tends to have small yap yap dogs

Tries to pretend she is cool or “new age” when she has no idea where customs come from so she frequently appropriates from other cultures

I was talking to a Karen the other day and she tried to tell me how the pandemic is a hoax. She barely has a high school education and wasn’t able to follow the examples given.

I saw a Karen at the doctors office today explaining to the doctor how the vaccines are worse than the disease.

Karen was walking her yorkie and got pissed when I asked her to pick up her dogs shit off my lawn.

Generally a woman causing strife towards customer service representatives. They are known to hold up lines, scream slurs out loud, and make complete asses of themselves while being completely unaware of anyone but them.

OMG there was a Karen at the grocery store today. She assaulted the workers because they asked her to wear a face mask in the store to be considerate of others health and well-being.
