1) When you sleep on your pillow, and don't wash it for so long that it begins to develop and eventually smell like a homeless person has used it.

2) When your white pillow hasn't been washed for a long period of time that it begins to turn yellow and smell like a homeless person has used it.

Man, I need to wash my homeless pillow, it stinks!

Homelesscidal

A person who is homeless that checks himself into the Emergency Department with a complaint of suicidal ideation. This gets the patient a PEC (physicians emergency certificate) which gets him/her a mininmal of 3 free days of room/board and meals.

We had 10 homeless patients check into the Emergency Department in 3 hours. They know what to say (suicidal) to get food and shelfter. They are homelesscidal which is a huge waste of psychiatric bed resources.
