A slang term which is defining an unusual event. In this event a male has anal intercourse with a woman or male. When this second partner goes to deficate at a later time, they realize that their fecal matter is covered in a layer of seminal fluid from the earlier session of intercourse.

Poo Butter is the nasty gelatinous fluid that forms under the folds of a fat ladies titties on an extremely hot day. The sweat runs down and collects in the dark cooler folds of skin and congeals into a texture similar to cooled bacon grease thereby becoming poo butter.
